Asana Yoga

Yoga (Asana) classes taken by a qualified yoga instructor.  Benefits of Yoga - develop strength, healthy body and mind, advanced balance skills, overcome stress and anxiety, breathing techniques, exercise internal organs through breathing and Asana, helps to maintain body posture

Options include:

One hour - Adults only class $10.00 per session

Half hour - Parents with babies and pre-schoolers class - in this class activities will be provided for pre-schoolers - $8 per session

Fees payable on the day to the office (No EFTPOS facilities available sorry)

Bring your Yoga Mat or Towel and Water Bottle

Thursdays

9.30am (1 hour Adults only)

10.30am (1/2 hour class Parents with babies/pre-schoolers and Pregnant Women)
