What is the criteria for a trampolinist to progress from Age Group to International? 

Gymnasts selected to be involved in the International Trampoline program show the potential and right attributes to follow the elite pathway.  These include:  Can fulfil set skill requirements that are in the in the international routines, can fulfil a high enough difficulty in optional routine to be a contender to qualify for New Zealand Nationals.  Other things that are considered are:  Natural bounce and spring, good spacial awareness, naturally athletic and strong, availability to commit to high amounts of training hours per week.
